OUR DINNER MENUS

Orsa & Winston serves six-course tasting menus* Tuesday to Friday 6pm to 11pm & Saturday 5:30pm to 11pm. Reservations are recommended. *The super omakase (20-plus courses) is available upon request and with 48 hours advance notice.   


TASTING MENU

Six courses ($95 per person). Menu changes daily, based on seasonal ingredients. Optional wine pairing ($60 per person).

'breakfast in a shell' coddled egg yolk, semolina, sturgeon caviar, guanciale, maple syrup

diver scallop clam, chowder, duck fat potato, pee wee potato chips

sonoma lamb t-bone eggplant, beet, grilled stone fruit
