Orsa & Winston is inspired by Italian and Japanese flavors, focusing on seafood and vegetables and connected by the creativity of chef Josef Centeno. We’re honored to have been awarded a Michelin star in 2019 & 2021 and chosen as L.A. Times restaurant of the year in 2020.

Our restaurant is named after two little dogs. We are located in the heart of downtown at 122 W. 4th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90013. Our dining room is open Tuesday through Saturday from 5pm to 10pm.

What is on your menu?

We offer a five-course omakase tasting menu for $125 per person, plus an optional beverage pairing for $80 per person. Beer, wine and sake are available.

A five-course vegetarian tasting menu is available upon request.

Our Italian- & Japanese-inspired tasting menu changes daily. It is served during two dinner seatings each evening, by reservation only. Our menu is pescatarian and focuses predominantly on seafood and vegetables.

A 20% service charge and tax are added to all checks.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

As our menu changes daily any changes due to dietary restriction or allergy is subject to a $25 surcharge.

What is your corkage fee?

Please refrain from bringing any outside food and beverages.

Corkage is not permitted.

Can I bring a cake?

No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

We do not offer a cake cutting fee.

When are you open?

We are open Tuesday through Saturday from 5pm to 10pm for dinner only. Limited seating is available inside our dining room. Our last seating is at 8pm. Reservations are required.

PLEASE NOTE: We are closed Sunday and Monday. We do not offer lunch, brunch or takeout and we do not have any outdoor seating available. Due to our limited seating capacity, we unable to accommodate walk-in’s.

How do I make a reservation?

A credit card is required to hold all reservations. It is not charged unless we need to apply our cancellation fee ($125 per person).

We do not accept reservations over the phone.

For parties of 5 guests or more, please e-mail info@orsaandwinston.com to check our availability. We reply to each inquiry within 1-2 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: We ask that all guests please make every effort to be on time. This is to limit disturbing not only your dining experience, but also the experience of the guests dining around you.

I didn’t see the date/time I wanted online, can you squeeze me in?

Due to our limited seating capacity, reservations are often booked 1-2 weeks in advance. If you do not see a date and/or time available online, it means that we are fully committed for the evening that you would like to join us.

Do you accept walk-in’s?

Due to our limited seating capacity, we are unable to accommodate walk-in’s.

What is your cancellation policy?

Should you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations that are made more than 24 hours in advance are not charged, but if you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation, we charge a cancellation fee of $125 per person.

Due to our limited seating capacity, we strictly adhere to this policy. While we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, we are unable to offer refunds. No-shows, decreases in number of guests, same-day cancellations, and those that reschedule day-of will also be charged the full amount.

I entered my credit card information when I made the reservation, does that mean I already prepaid for dinner?

No charges are made to the credit card on file unless we need to apply our cancellation fee ($125 per person).

A bill will be presented to you at the end of your meal. A 20% service charge and tax are added to all checks. Gratuity is not included.

We do not accept cash or ApplePay as payment.

What is the service charge? Is that the tip?

Our team consists of three chefs and two servers. From preparation to execution and the details in between, we work together each and every day to bring you a seamless experience that we take immense pride in.

In an effort to be transparent with our guests, a 20% service charge is added to the pre-tax total of all checks. It is not considered a gratuity (or a tip) and is taxed per state law. This charge ensures a more equitable distribution of pay for our entire staff by allowing us to pay both front- and back-of-the-house (who cannot receive tips) a higher hourly wage.

Gratuity is at the sole discretion of each guest. It is by no means necessary, but should you wish to leave a gratuity, a tip line is available on each bill. Any and all gratuities will go directly to the service staff.

Where is the best place to park?

We are located downtown at 122 W. 4th St, Los Angeles, CA 90013.

Metered street parking is available in front of the restaurant and non-affiliated parking lots & garages are also available on 4th St. and Main St. Please pay for parking directly at the meter, lot or garage.
