Orsa & Winston welcomes Nancy Singleton Hachisu for a one-night-only dinner celebrating the re-issue of her book, "The Art and Craft of Japanese Cooking." Chef Josef Centeno will prepare a five-course tasting menu on Friday, May 8.

Nancy Singleton Hachisu, a native Californian, has lived in Japan since 1988, where she is active in the artisanal food movement. A James Beard Award-winning author, she is a prominent advocate for preserving Japan’s disappearing food traditions.

Five-course dinner plus a signed book is $200 per person.
Optional wine pairing available.
